Let Me Tell You A Quick Story

At age 20 I decided that it is time to go after my fitness goals.  This is when I became "serious.

So I...

  • Put together a workout plan and committed...
  • Followed a nutrition plan.  I made sure I only ate when I was hungry and just enough to feel full...
  • I was disciplined, determined, and consistent...
  • ​And I did this for 5 years...

At age 25 I woke up January 1st to take a progress picture and I was stunned...

And I Looked The Exact Same

How is it possible to put in so much work, sweat, and sacrifice to not change at all...

I was shocked, confused, and angry...
How can I spend 5 years of my life to not change at all?  What am I suppose to do?

At this moment in my life I had 2 choices...

I studied everything I could get my hands on and followed the plan perfectly.  The craziest thing happen.

It was insane!  I struggled for 5 years and then after following the right plan I transformed my body in only 3 months...

But Something Wasn't Right

I had the dream body, but I didn't have the dream lifestyle.  I felt trapped. Every Day I had to...

I had constant anxiety.  Every time I left the house I had to count the hours till when I should eat again.  Every time my friends wanted to go out I felt like I had to say no.  Every time I would eat out with my Wife I would feel guilty as if I failed...

So as I got older, started my own business, had a daughter...

I felt so ashamed.  At this moment of my life I am guiding others to become their best selves and I am not doing it myself...
